Phan Rang is the former name of Ninh Thuan Province, in south central Vietnam. This area was the ancient Panduranga capital of the Kingdom of Champa. Phan Rang Town was established by edict of Khai Dinh, issued August 4, 1917. The town of Phan Rang - Thap Cham City officially became Phan Rang - Thap Cham on February 8, 2007 and has become a center of cultural relics preservation Cham. Architecture, buildings are built small complex of red brick, with stone mortar dry very well.
