Lao Chai is a commune in Sa Pa district, Lao Cai province, Vietnam. Lao Chai commune covers an area of 29.35 km², with a population in 1999 was 2324 people, a population density of 79 people / km². The Cat Cat Village is a H’Mong village located 2 km to the town of Sa Pa (Lao Cai province, Vietnam). These are places of tourist attraction Sa Pa particular and Lao Cai province in general.
