Muong Lay is a town located in the northern province of Dien Bien. The town is the town of Muong Lai has the lowest population of the town and also the ward at least some water. Currently most of the lowland of Muong Lay town under reservoir Son La hydropower, lake Son La has an area of approximately 50 km2 and extends tens of kilometers.
