An Giang is province has the largest population and area ranked 4th (after Kien Giang, Ca Mau and Long An province) in the Mekong Delta, southern Vietnam. Part of An Giang is situated in Long Xuyen quadrangle. July 2013, An Giang is the first province in the Mekong Delta has two provincial cities are Long Xuyen city and Chau Doc city. Long Xuyen city located on the banks of the Hau Giang River, have unique cultural traditions of a western city with floating markets and many other scenic sites.
