Lung Cu is a commune in Dong Van district, located on the top of Dong Van Plateau in Ha Giang province, Vietnam, from Ha Giang town about 200 km. As Vietnam's northernmost point, Lung Cu is located in altitude from 1600m to 1800m above sea level. Lung Cu commune has a total area of 3,460 ha is natural. Lung Cu have nine villages, as Lo Lo Chai, Seo Lung, Ta Gia Khau, Can Tang, Then Van, Then Pa, Si Man Khan, San Cho, San Sa Phin and contiguous border with the People 's Republic of China more than 16 km. Here, in the winter when the weather is very cold and occasional snow. Of the nine villages of Lung Cu, Seo Lung is the upper portion of the north pole. Lung Cu have Nho Que river - the river originates from Blind Harbour, Yunnan, Chinese flock to Dong Van, Meo Vac (Ha Giang).
