Dinh Bang Communal House is a ward of Tu Son Town, Bac Ninh province. Dinh Bang village incluse consists of 9 villages, eastern borders Hong Tan ward, western and southern borders of Gia Lam District, north Trang Ha ward. Dinh Bang is an ancient capital of Cổ Pháp incense (incense is an administrative unit composed of multiple communes and villages), Dong Ngan district, Minister Tu Son. Dinh Bang is considered the masterpiece of spiritual countryside. This is an area where the Ly dynasty, the hometown of Ly Thai To - the start up of the Ly dynasty, Thang Long-Hanoi enlightening. Quan ho Folk songs (also known as Quan ho Kinh Bac) is the folk songs of the Red River Delta in northern Vietnam; concentrated in the Kinh Bac culture - which is the second central province of Bac Giang and Bac Ninh today. According to the researchers, this legacy names can change over time, due to the creation of cultural subjects. Quan hỠsinging is a Vietnamese folk music style characterized both by its antiphonal nature, with alternating groups of female and male singers issuing musical challenges and responses, and by the fact that most of the songs in the repertoire deal with topics of love and sentimentality as experienced by young adults. Quan ho is recognised as the “Intangible Cultural Heritage†by the UNESCO in 30 September 2009.
