Dong Hoi, ancient name is Dong Hai, the cities of Quang Binh province in the North Central region of Vietnam. The city is located between Highway 1A and Ho Chi Minh Highway and the railway line Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City to Dong Hoi station, Nhat Le river flows through. Dong Hoi bordering the Eastern Sea in the east with 12 km of sandy beach, Bo Trach district in the west and north Quang Ninh districts armor.
